Terms of Service

This agreement is concluded between you and the Coin Carnival service provider and has contractual effect. Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit Coin Carnival's liability, the clauses that limit the rights of users, the clauses that stipulate dispute resolution methods and jurisdiction.

Important: You have no right to use Coin Carnival services unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Coin Carnival refuses to provide services to users under the age of 18.

1. Definitions

1.1 This Agreement: refers to the text of this Agreement, the Coin Carnival Privacy Protection Guidelines, game rules and their revised versions.

1.2 Game rules: refers to the user rules, player regulations, game announcements and notices about Coin Carnival that are published and revised from time to time.

1.3 Coin Carnival: refers to the collective name of games operated by Coin Carnival, including mobile terminal games and other forms of games.

1.4 Coin Carnival Services: refers to various game-related online operation services provided to you by Coin Carnival.

1.5 You: also known as "player" or "user", refers to the natural person authorized to use Coin Carnival and its services.

2. Changes and Effectiveness of the Agreement

2.1 Coin Carnival has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary and notify you on the relevant page.

2.2 After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use Coin Carnival services, you will be deemed to have accepted the changed agreement.

3. Game Account

3.1 You need to register a game account with the right to use it, and log in to the real-name registration system and register with your real-name. You should provide your true, legal, accurate, and valid identity information and other relevant information.

3.2 You may not be able to purchase virtual coins or items in guest mode. Once you uninstall or reinstall Coin Carnival, or you change your device, all your game-related data in the guest mode may be cleared and cannot be queried and restored.

3.3 Coin Carnival has the right to review whether the identity information provided by user registration is true and valid. Users are obliged to properly keep their accounts and password.

3.4 If you have not used a game account to log in to Coin Carnival for a long time (more than 6 months), Coin Carnival has the right to use the account and its data.

3.5 The Coin Carnival account is the identifier that Coin Carnival authorizes you to use. Its ownership belongs to Coin Carnival. You may not provide the game account to others for use in any way, including but not limited to transfer, rental, or borrowing.

4. Collection, Use and Protection of User Information

4.1 You agree and authorize Coin Carnival to collect your user information for the purpose of performing this agreement, including the information you registered in the real-name registration system, game data, and other information.

4.2 Coin Carnival or its cooperating third parties can provide you with various information about Coin Carnival's activities, promotion information and other information through various methods such as text messages, phone calls, emails, etc.

4.3 Coin Carnival may collect your account and related operation information, game information and other information to better provide you with game services.

4.4 You should fully respect the personal information of anyone you know, receive or have access to through Coin Carnival and related services.

4.5 Protecting user information and privacy is a basic principle of Coin Carnival. The collection, use and protection of user information will comply with the Privacy Policy.

5. Coin Carnival Service

5.1 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations, Coin Carnival grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use Coin Carnival services for non-commercial purposes, including:

  1. Receive, download, install, launch, upgrade, log in, display, run and/or take screenshots of Coin Carnival;
  2. Create a game character, set a screen name, check game rules, user profiles, game results, purchase and use game props, game coins, etc., use chat functions, social networking sharing function;
  3. Use one or more other functions supported and allowed by Coin Carnival.

5.2 You may not record or disseminate Coin Carnival content to others in any way without Coin Carnival's permission.

5.3 All other rights not expressly authorized are still reserved by Coin Carnival.

5.4 If you violate any agreement in this Agreement, Coin Carnival has the right to take processing measures and can publish the processing results.

5.5 You shall be solely responsible for any claims, demands or losses caused by your violation of this Agreement.

5.6 Game props, game coins, etc. are part of Coin Carnival's services. Your purchase and use shall comply with the requirements of this Agreement.

5.7 In order to create a fair and healthy gaming environment, Coin Carnival has the right to use technical means to detect unauthorized related programs that endanger the normal operation of services.

5.8 Coin Carnival will comply with relevant laws, regulations and the provisions of this Agreement. Coin Carnival refuses to provide game services to minors.

5.9 Coin Carnival is free-to-play. We may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual coins and items for entertainment purposes only; any such purchase is entirely at your discretion and is never required to enjoy the games.

5.10 Under no circumstances will Coin Carnival be liable for any losses you suffer due to force majeure events.

5.11 Coin Carnival may cause abnormalities in game data due to game software bugs, version update defects, third-party virus attacks or any other factors.

5.12 Coin Carnival does not authorize you to obtain game accounts, game coins, or other game services from any third party through purchasing, accepting gifts, or other means.

5.13 Coin Carnival is a free-to-play social casino entertainment product. All virtual currencies, coins, points, credits and rewards in the game are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, redeemed, or converted into cash, real money, real-world currency, or any physical goods or prizes. Playing Coin Carnival does not constitute gambling, betting, or wagering with real money, and no real money can be won or lost.

6. Software License

6.1 Using Coin Carnival services may require downloading and installing related software. You can obtain the software directly from Coin Carnival's relevant website or from a third party authorized by Coin Carnival.

6.2 Coin Carnival may develop different software versions for different terminal devices. You should choose to download the appropriate version.

6.3 Coin Carnival grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license. You may download, install, log in, and use Coin Carnival on a single terminal device only for non-commercial purposes.

6.4 In order to provide more high-quality and secure services, Coin Carnival may recommend you to install other software during software installation.

6.5 Coin Carnival has the right to update the software, or change or limit some functional effects of the software.

6.6 After a new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be available.

7. User Code of Conduct

7.1 You must be responsible for all actions under your game account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom.

7.2 You must abide by national laws and regulations when using Coin Carnival services. You must not use Coin Carnival services to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

  1. Endangering national unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity;
  2. Leaking state secrets, endangering national security, or damaging national honor and interests;
  3. Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining ethnic unity;
  4. Promoting cults and superstition;
  5. Spreading rumors, disrupting social order;
  6. Promoting obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, or instigating crime;
  7. Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
  8. Other contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations and national regulations.

7.3 Coin Carnival is only for your entertainment activities. You are not allowed to use Coin Carnival and related services to engage in any profit-making activities, gambling, or any other illegal activities.

7.4 Unless permitted by law or with the written permission of Coin Carnival, you shall not:

  1. Delete the copyright information on the game software and its copies;
  2. Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code;
  3. Use plug-ins, unauthorized third-party tools/services to access software;
  4. Modify or forge the instructions and data in the operation of the software;
  5. Use third-party software, plug-ins, and systems not developed and authorized by Coin Carnival;
  6. Separate any part of Coin Carnival and use it alone;
  7. Use, modify or cover Coin Carnival's name, trademark or other intellectual property rights;
  8. Other acts not expressly authorized by Coin Carnival.

7.5 If you violate any content of this Agreement, Coin Carnival has the right to take measures including: warning, deleting illegal information, canceling or recovering virtual currency, limiting or prohibiting account functions, temporarily or permanently banning accounts, and transferring cases to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Coin Carnival is the intellectual property rights holder. All copyrights, trademarks, and patents of Coin Carnival, including all art, music, text works and other game elements and components, are protected by applicable laws and international treaties.

8.2 The ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data generated when you use the Coin Carnival service belong to Coin Carnival.

8.3 Coin Carnival may involve third-party intellectual property rights. If such third parties have requirements, Coin Carnival will notify you in an appropriate manner.

9. Comply with Local Legal Supervision

9.1 When using Coin Carnival services, you should abide by relevant local laws and regulations, and respect local morals and customs.

9.2 You should avoid involving Coin Carnival in political and public events due to the use of Coin Carnival services.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

10.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws.

10.2 If any dispute or controversy arises, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent court.

10.3 The titles of all clauses in this Agreement are only for the convenience of reading and cannot be used as a basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.

10.4 No matter whether part of the terms of this agreement is invalid for any reason, the remaining terms will still be valid and binding on all parties.

11. Others

11.1 Coin Carnival has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version on the relevant pages.

11.2 Coin Carnival reminds you: Resist bad games and reject pirated games; pay attention to self-protection and be careful not to be deceived; moderate games are good for the brain, but addiction to games is harmful to the body; arrange your time reasonably and enjoy a healthy life.
