This Privacy Policy describes our practices in collecting, using and disclosing information (including your personal information) when you use any of our games or applications and other services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). If you use Coin Carnival services, it means that you agree with all the content we describe in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
When you use our services, we may obtain information from the game publishing websites you install. Information may include:
Information you actively provide when using our services: may include: your nickname, email address, phone number, age, gender, and payment method used for optional in-app purchases. We do not collect government identity card numbers or national identification numbers.
Information we obtain when you use the service: When you use our services, we may automatically collect information about you and when you use our services, participate in advertising interactions, participate in surveys, etc., as well as information about your computer or other devices used to access our services (such as game systems, smart TVs, mobile devices and set-top boxes). This information includes:
- Account information: such as your activities on the services provided by Coin Carnival, including but not limited to game data information in your account;
- Service (or communication) log information: such as your interaction with our emails, push messages and text messages; details of your communication with customer service personnel, including but not limited to the date, time and reason for contacting us, any chat conversations records, as well as your telephone number and call history if you call us; etc.;
- Device information: such as device model, device ID, operating system version, unique device identifier, battery, network type, signal strength and other information.
- Advertising information: advertising identifiers, such as advertising identifiers that contain such identifiers on mobile devices, tablets, and streaming media devices; through cookies, web beacons information collected by other technologies, including advertising data.
- Software information: such as software characteristics (including but not limited to software type and configuration), connection information, page view statistics, reference sources (such as reference URLs), IP address (which may tell us your general location), browsing utensils, etc.;
Information from other sources: We also obtain information from other sources. These sources vary from time to time and may include:
- Location information: Service providers help us determine your location based on your IP address to customize our services;
- Information obtained from third-party partners: select partners to make our services available on their devices, or to jointly provide brand services or conduct joint marketing activities with us;

2. How We Use the Information We Collect

- Business Transfer: For any reorganizations, mergers, sales or other asset transfers, we will transfer your account information after notifying you in advance.
Third-Party Service Providers
Our applications integrate the following third-party SDKs and service providers. Each may collect certain information as described in their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob — advertising and analytics. Collects advertising ID, device information, approximate location (IP-based), and interaction with ads. See Google Privacy & Terms.
- Google Sign-In — authentication. Collects your Google account identifier, email address and profile name when you choose to log in with Google. See Google Privacy & Terms.
- Facebook Login (Meta) — authentication. Collects your Facebook user ID, email address and public profile information when you choose to log in with Facebook. See Meta Privacy Policy.
You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings (Advertising ID reset / Limit Ad Tracking).
Your Choice
- Email and SMS. If you no longer wish to receive certain communications, you can choose to unsubscribe by following our instructions.
- Push notifications. You may choose to receive mobile push notifications. You can turn them off using your mobile device's settings.
- Interest-based advertising. Interest-based advertising is online advertising tailored to your likely interests based on the various apps and websites you use on the Internet.
Your Rights
You can access your personal information at any time on your device, including but not limited to your account information, contact information, payment information. If you find that we collect and use your personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations or the agreement, you can ask us to delete it. When personal information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it.
User Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Coin Carnival account and all personal data associated with it at any time. We honor data deletion requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
How to request deletion:
- In-app: Open the game and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, then follow the on-screen confirmation. This permanently removes your account and the personal data linked to it.
- By email: Send a deletion request to our Privacy Office at coincarnival@hype-play.com from the address associated with your account, and include your account ID / nickname so we can locate your records. For your safety and ours, we may verify your identity before processing the request.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain data by law (for example, transaction records kept for accounting or fraud-prevention purposes, which are retained only as long as necessary and then deleted). You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Information Security
We use reasonable and logical management measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Account and profile information is retained for the life of your account and for a limited period after account deletion (up to 30 days to complete the deletion process, after which it is erased or de-identified).
- Transaction and payment records may be retained for longer periods where required for accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and are then deleted or de-identified.
- Device and advertising identifiers used for analytics are retained for no more than 13 months.
Other Websites, Platforms and Applications
Our services may be provided through and/or utilizing features operated by third-party platforms or links to websites of third parties whose information handling policies may differ from our policies.
Protection of Minors
Coin Carnival is intended for adult users only. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, and we do not knowingly provide any services to users under the age of 18. The services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it as soon as possible.
Changes
We will update this privacy statement from time to time due to changes in applicable laws, regulations or operational requirements. Your continued use of the Services after any such updates become effective will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of those changes.
